Awesome collection. I have an interest in Martial Arts as well as trains. Huell Howser did a piece on a Sikh Temple (at least I think it was a Sikh Temple) on Sunset Blvd. here in L.A. some years back. He has a program on public television here in L.A. They did a brief demonstration of combat with scimitars.

The correct word is “Gurdwara”. Many Sikhs use the word temple themselves though, when attempting translation, hence the confusion.

So do you yourself use weapons when performing martial arts? That would be something to see!
