Take a Moment to Enjoy Living

Tuesday October 7, 2008

In these uncertain times, it is always helpful to remember, that no matter how hard times may be for us, someone else is having more difficulties. Just as likely, there is someone for whom life is joy, and who is blessed with comparative ease. This does not necessarily mean they have no struggles, or ups and downs. It may be simply that they have a focus outside of worldly cares.

How is it possible to maintain such equilibrium?

It may help to keep in mind, the perspective, that this life is temporary? Whatever happens, take a moment to enjoy living.

Yes, we all need to take more moments to enjoy living. And when we learn to enjoy living each moment, then we’re really onto something.

Such a positive, reaffirming message in a time where I’m sure many are feeling overwhelmed. No matter what your religious beliefs, it’s something we all need to remember time and time again.
