Sikhs lined the city streets of New York on Thursday April 8, 2010,  protesting the visit of Indian minister Kamal Nath accused of instigating mobs responsible for murder of more than 3,000 Sikh in late 1984. Demonstrators held signs demanding justice and requesting USA to boycott the entry of Kamal Nath who for more than 25 years has been widely known to Sikhs as the "Butcher of Punjab" for his part in the Delhi Massacre of November 1, 1984.

I have heard about this guy. If true, he should be prosecuted, I guess. Instigating others to violence is a crime as much as the violence itself.
