When by washing it is impossible to cleanse however much one may bathe, there is a way to be clean from within. Drink  the immortalizing nectar of rebirth, Amrit, infused with steel, instilled with the stainless name, administered by Panj Pyara, the five beloveds. Imbibe a life giving river, each sip removing the blemishes of pride, lust, greed, anger, and their attachment.

"Gur nav nidh dariaa-o janam ham kaalak dhovai.
The Guru is the river of the nine treasures, washing off the dirt of our lives." SGGS||1392
