Kundalini Yoga students, martial artist 'Ray of Light' and musical artist 'Adam Song', visit the Khalsa abode. They have come to experience Sadhana, a 2 1/2 hour predawn meditation focused on chanting "Ik Onkar". With heads respectfully covered, they stay for Amritvela contemplation of naam reciting "Waheguru", and to receive the hukam of Guru Granth Sahib, and then listen to Nitnem banis read aloud.
Naturally imbued with devotional grace, the two friends express their spiritual passion diversely when later investigating the worship room and house. One song-ful soul samples various guitars and plays uplifting, lilting, meditative melodies, while the other playful martial spirit inspects the sharp edges of various shastar weaponry.
