Ideally the Roti will completely puff up as steam is released during the baking process, and be very tender. Allow the roti to puff being careful that it does not scorch. Remove from heat when the Roti begins to darken from the heat regardless of whether it has puffed up completely.

Remember to recite "Waheguru"and keep thoughts focused on the divine.
