Portable Altar in Upright Position
Turn the Altar upright. Check, while sitting, to be sure the legs are the correct height before proceeding. Trim if necessary.
If the legs need to be lengthened, a rounded piece may be added to the bottom and nailed, screwed, or glued into place. The added piece should be slightly larger than the end of the leg for stability. A dowel can be cut and sanded to fit, or purchase a readymade trim cap.
When setting up the alter for use, place it on a clean sheet or decorative spread.
