Like most Indian names, the Sikh baby names beginning with Q listed here have spiritual meanings. Some Sikhism names are taken from the scripture of Guru Granth Sahib and others are Punjabi names. English spelling of Sikh spiritual names are phonetic as they come from the Gurmukhi script. Different spellings may sound the same. Q is seldom used as a symbol for a Gurmukhi letter, however Q may interchangeable with K in some cases. Q is not interchangeable with Kh as the Gurmukhi letters they represent are not equivalents.
