Sketch the Sikh Symbol Onto the Jack-O-Lantern
Sketch the Sikh symbol of your choice on your pumpkin. Practice on a piece of paper to make sure the size is correct.
To make a khanda like the one in the photograph on the right, trace a small kirpan. Use a glass or bottle to sketch the center circle. Be sure to leave a gap between the circle edges and center sword.
To make the Ik Onkar symbol it is necessary to leave a space on the inside of the lettering, as shown on the right.
